When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be followed, including the following:
1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
2. To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put
cord, plugs, or appliance in water or other liquid.
3. This appliance should not be used by children and care
should be taken when used near children.
4. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on
or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
5. Avoid contacting moving parts.
6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or
plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped
or damaged in any manner. Returned it to the nearest
authorized service facility for examination, repair or
electrical or mechanical adjustment.
7. The use of attachments, including ice box or ice cone
holder not recommended or sold by the manufacturer
may cause re, electric shock or injuries to persons.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
10. Do not let cord contact hot surfaces, including the stove.
11. Do not use if blades are broken, cracked or loose.
12. Do no leave appliance unattended while it is operating.
13. Always check shaver bowl for presence of foreign
objects before using.
14. This snow cone maker is turned “ON” and “OFF” by
pressing and releasing the switch located on the top of
the unit and unplugging the unit from the wall outlet.
15. This snow cone maker has an “Auto On-OFF” feature
which will stop the unit automatically once the ice
shaving session is complete.
16. The unit will not work if the ice shaver bowl is not lled
with Ice.
